Day 3: Khao Sok National Park

Soooo today started by waking up in my little part of the overnight train. Didn't sleep very much, very noisy and incredibly hot. We got off the train at 6:30am and straight on a minivan to take us to Khao Sok National Park. When we got there we were greeted by a boat to take us across the lake to the floating bungalows! Stunning views and we stopped to have a swim and do some cliff jumps into the lake. The water was soooo warm!!

Once we got to the floating bungalows we dumped our stuff and headed straight back into the water. We got given rubber rings and tried to see how many people we could get to stand up on a giant floating log - turns out we got nearly everyone in the group on!

Water fun was followed by an incredible thai buffet and lots of drinking games! Didn't sleep that well though, I was soo paranoid about bugs and generally sinking! Today's blip is a photo of the floating bungalows we slept in - what an experience!
