Night shot

Where did today go? Ambushed and stolen way like every other day. No sooner than you're up in the morning you seem to be pulling up the quilt and putting out the light at night.

Weather was marvellous again today but we were unable to take advantage of it as there were just too many things to do. Cooking shepherd's pie, car insurance, tax and MOT and a bit of work by which time it was early evening and dinner time.

The walk today was the first in the dark for many a week. I remarked as we were making our way through the houses that not so long ago we'd have been walking here in the sunlight at 8.30pm. This shot, of a house all lit up, was taken towards the end of the walk. We think it has opened as a guest house or B and B which might explain why all the lights are on, to door open and a small table outside. (for smokers I suspect)
