thank you all for the lovely comment on yesterday's entry....I do get anxious when it's me in front of the lens, but I did get some good advice which I will try to heed....

went to the docs for my first weigh in & I was pleasantly surprised.... one month on the medication & I've lost 10kg's (22lbs)..... although I can't see it myself, but can feel it.... still a ways to go.... only to be told my next lot are out of supply only due in at the end of July?????
