London at night is a wonderful sight

I don't suppose many blippers will be old enough to remember the old Shell advert - it used to fascinate me as child but not quite as much as the Esso Blue advert dum dum dum.

I am down in London for the next week or so and staying somewhere a bit different - Dolphin House in Pimlico. A world of Admirals and navigators and a place of residence for the rich and famous including MPs, spies and stars of stage and screen. 

The history of the place is quoted in the brochure as being " colourful".
