Dancing In The Rain

I popped into the Glasgow Mela early this afternoon. It is billed as Scotland's largest multi-cultural extravaganza of music, dance, interactive arts, exotic food stalls and Kids Zone.

I have gone to it on 6 occasions now. I only had a small amount of time today and the torrential downpour had ground things to a halt. I was actually able to park right at the gate which is unheard of!

Luckily these brave girls decided on some impromptu Bhangra dancing while I took a quick picture.

The weather cleared up a bit later so I hope they were able to get the event back on track.
