Banding together

In Indonesia for a few weeks working on a project that is suffering from an underspend and some implementation delays. Coming here is always a fine balance of needing to get results and make progress against not trying to over-interfere, which goes down terribly with this team.

As I flew in I could see clear evidence of post tsunami reconstruction in the uniform housing sticking out against the landscape. The effects of the tsunami on Banda Aceh are not that evident from within the main city yet the footage was so shocking at the time that it's always rumbling at the back of the mind.
