Tuesday track

I belong to Ilford A.C.
Once a week we do track training, and about a dozen times a year I will take the warm ups and session.
Normally we get 12-15 along to our track sessions on a Tuesday.
Tonight we were asked by a local club (Barking) if they could come down as their track was being refurbished.
It meant tonight was the largest group I have ever had to coach.

At school I was the shyest boy in the world, blushing at the drop of a hat - I would never have believed I could do this back in the day!
