Saturday 23 June 2012: ¡Futbol y fuego!
Tonight is San Juan; a night of fire and baptism. Parties on the beach that last all night, when you leap over bonfires and take a baptism in the sea and make a wish or two for the year.
Normally we're always on our local beach, but tonight we're in Malaga city; and the atmosphere is electric.
Giant screens across the city have shown the Spain/France match, and now we're all heading to the beach.
Spirits are high, people feel good - time to celebrate.
