Saturday 23 June 2012: ELLIOTT GOULD!!
So, another busy day and then a ceilidh at the end of the night, with lots of festival guests and staff. I took some pictures of my friend Gill, thinking she would be my EIFF portrait of the day. But then Elliott Gould arrived (he's here as head of the jury for the festival's international cinema award). Now, Elliott Gould is one of my favourite actors (I particularly love him in The Long Goodbye), and was one of the coolest men of the 1970s. It had to be done. Thankfully Gill didn't take it personally. ;-)
