yoga lunch

Even though I haven't been to yoga for ages I was invited to the lunch and it was SO NICE to get out and to see lovely friends and have great chats and good food. 
Afterwards we meandered at my (very slow) pace along the Bantry promenade to the beach,  pausing so that some of us (not me, obviously) could play on the exercise machines, and (all of us, obviously) enjoy the general hilarity. 
Brilliant altogether, a complete tonic. Thanks BAT xx
