Strange goings on

A so called normal mountain bike race in Kowen Forest today had some strange goings on. I wonder if you can pick it? This gumby was seen around the track, giving high fives, directing a kids race, eating food (ummm how?), acting as a stick, dancing, giving away prizes, chasing after bikes (like a dog)......and more. This mystery guest was 'interesting'
