Street Name Challenge

Another entry in the somewhat occasional series (last entry 2012?) of street names that was started by RunningBackwards a long time ago.

Seen on the outskirts of Bicester. A road that I think has only just had its sign put up (even though the road is very old) as I have never noticed / seen it before.
