Cape figwort

Bit of a rush - going out tonight to our first local Scottish Wildlife Trust's winter lecture. I'm chairing so can't be late!

This is Phygelius capensis, from South Africa. More of a sub-shrub than a true shrub, but worth growing as it flowers for months.

There are quite a few hybrids around now in various colours.
