A nice walk and chatter along Portobello beach this evening, shame the tide was in so far............
Still the dogs enjoyed their swim, I'm exhausted just watching them.
Feeling very chilled from Yoga today.........worked on silencing the vibrations of my mind, intellect and ego!!
