Where's Wally - errrr Leo?

I am not sure that the school will be getting many orders for the school photo! They sent home this tiny proof shot with the order form and it is harder to spot Leo than it is to spot Wally in all those puzzle books.

I think they decided on an all school shot because the headmaster is leaving in December. It will be a great momento for him but I have decided to pass since even when Leo points to himself it is not at all easy to tell that it is him! My only clue to spotting him was his crooked tie which he never keeps straight for more than a few seconds!
