A Toast!

Cheers to all the hard-working repair guys out there, especially to R, who fit us into his busy schedule and fixed our broken oven in no time flat. It was the igniter. It's a common problem--he replaces a half dozen a week! Who knew? We celebrated, not by using the oven, but by going out to dinner in the hoopla that is Restaurant Week--a promotion that features prix fixe menus at most local places, and a nice way to try a new place (or enjoy an old one).
