A8 Glasgow Road

And so we finally made it back from civilisation; headlight failure of sorts notwithstanding.

After a good sleep, and a bacon and tattie scone piece for breakfast, it was back to the grind of collecting Cigs; none of the is Monday - Friday 9-5 nonsense you used to get. It's a service focussed world we live in now; if I can pay my gas bill at 10 at night, the public demand that Cigs can be done under similar conditions.

But it was a decent autumn morning as we found ourselves Way Out west (another fine mess...) and such was the exuberant joy of the kids at finally getting back to work, I had to capture the rapture on Wee Zander's face as he discovered this one.

White pen on rusted brown telecom box; undated and looks different from the one along the road which is dated '14.

Now to fill on the blanks from the Cigsarchive for the days we were lazing about on the right side of the Pentland Firth.....
