Hawthorn

According to country lore, a profusion of red berries predicts a hard winter. If that is the case we're in for a humdinger as all the hedges and trees are laden with berries!

Had a competition tonight at our camera club between 3 clubs in East Yorkshire and 3 clubs in Australia (The Oz-Pom Comp) with a judge from another country. We were annihilated by the Ozzies - they must be on high at the moment what with the rugby and a photo comp!
