Tasted this dish in a small Chinese restaurant under the Elisenhof building in Munich.
Tried to recreate it back home, but it lacked a certain "je ne sais quoi"...... PINEAPPLE ... I forgot the pineapple !
Recipe in order of being thrown into pan :
Sunflower oil
Onion
Garlic
Chicken (diced)
Mixed frozen vegetables
Chilli (to taste)
Coconut cream
Salt to taste

..... Oh and PINEAPPLE, juice or real bits ...
Served with rice.
