Fitful sleep, bus, bus, plane, train, train, train, wander, visit, blether, crash.

Back down to Wales to see mum. She's been moved back down to her local hospital which is a good step. But today wasn't a good day. I have to keep reminding myself to think about how things have changed since last week.
