“Dia de los Muertos” Decorations

 
We noticed this afternoon, as we ate lunch in a little Mexican restaurant, these beautifully decorated skulls.
October 31st is rapidly approaching and it is the first day of the Day of the Dead celebration. 

The holiday allows folks space for embracing and honoring those who have passed on in a joyous and respectful manner.
