Gloomy

11.6C and dull with complete cloud cover, mist, and some smir from time to time. Moderate breeze.

Some family history research this morning. Checking dates and links between people in the late 1700s and early 1800s in Bedfordshire.

Maeve and I went for a walk after lunch. I forgot to take the Nano ... again. It was very misty and grey with flat light. We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. We turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore road. We came back along the cycle path, where we stopped so I could take this gloomy shot up the half mile to the old school and church, then carried on round in a long loop heading into Carnoustie and up the main road before turning along for home.
