On The Turn

Amid all the glorious golds and bronzes we are seeing all around us are some trees that have yet to show their full autumn glory, and that includes the Ginkgo in the garden.

To be truthful, I have yet to see the tree as a mass of yellow, the leaves have always fallen in dribs and drabs but this year they might just hang on together...as you see, they are on their way...
