Autumnal boarding

Had a bad night with JJ, and ended up sleeping on the sofa in the kitchen with him. Or rather lying in a cramped position on the sofa with him.

Went for a 1 mile run as part of a Movember challenge (Challenging myself rather than raising cash this year), and had a quick nap in the afternoon.

Then when I awoke one of JJ's friends was round; so I took all 3 boys to the swings for some fresh air.

C is getting quite confident on his skateboard. Everytime I look at one I can just hear my bones waiting to break. So good luck to him.
