Purple Podded Pea

It's been a while since I blipped anything from the veggie garden. These are a flower and bud of the Purple Podded Pea which I have grown for a few years. I started off with about 5 seeds from the Cottage Garden Seed Bank and now have plenty to eat and to provide my friends and me with a good supply of seeds.

The bees really love these flowers but it's too damp for bees today.

When the pea pods mature I will blip this again because they are very unusual and very tasty!
