Braehead is a centre made-up of many parts. Here curlers play the centuries old game while a hundred metres away the latest 'Boy Band' lips to the mike, words indiscernible, scream to the adoring teen fans and the falsetto voice MC in a red jacket sweats as he builds up a frenzy of anticipation before the switching on ceremony of Christmas lights.
