Grandmother's love

This morning, Master Pink got to take his scooter to school. This is very important because it means that he was ready for school on time. Hoorah!

Miss Pink was in a good mood, but a bit tired, and asked to stay at home for the morning. And we did, we had a nice gentle, relaxing morning together. Jigsaws, Peppa Pig, and stories. I even got out in the garden and dug up the first of the new potatoes. Yum!

We went round to my mum's for lunch, a very impromptu lunch. It was lovely to spend some time with her and not for any particular reason other than because we wanted to. Miss Pink of course loved it. She had a lovely time with Molly Dog and Grandma.

After school we had swimming class for Master Pink and he did really well, he seems to be settling into his new class well. Miss pink had a flock of small children around her all wanting to play with her peppa pig toys. I'm not sure she was overly happy about the situation, but she coped with it very well.

Master Pink has his very first school disco tomorrow!
