Balloons went up and speeches were held and the official opening of the Youth & Family Centre I work at was a fact. The turn out of parents and children was as large as hoped and the officials and professionals used this occasion as an extra moment of meeting and greeting the incrowd and outcrowd; it was a day as wished for and worked for.
