The Fallen

After two excellent lectures this morning it was time for lunch before heading home. It had poured with all morning and the drive home was very wet. On the way home I was wondering what on earth I would blip today.

The first thing I saw as I walked into the kitchen was the fallen petals from the lilies that were in a vase on the table. Had I been at home today I would probably have found something related to Remembrance Sunday but instead I thought of the fallen as I got this ready to blip.
