November sun

It's cooler today, and the chipmunks and squirrels are busy collecting seeds and nuts in the afternoon sun. We have had such a glorious fall, too dry, but so mild and sunny most days. When the winter shoe/boot falls it will be quite shocking.

My tick bite wound is more itchy than sore today. It's nasty business dealing with these deer ticks in New England  and the warm weather keeps them very active.

This day came in cooler, but still very warm for November.
