A lazy Sunday walk in the woods.

With 'baby' and her buggy. Which meant me carrying Little Miss B, baby AND buggy, ballthrower and bags of poo and hanging on to two dog leads by the end of the walk.

Which increased the stress levels slightly.

Then off into the big smoke for the afternoon to see some potential tenants.
