Glorious

11.11.11 and two minutes of silence on this glorious morning of brilliant November sunshine seems an inadequate gesture of recognition for the sacrifice of so many.

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

"My subject is war and the pity of war.  The poetry is in the pity."
- Wilfred Owen 1893-1918
