Hermine & Holger from next door coming for dinner tonight.

They have a family wedding in the USA next year, and are taking English refresher classes. They want to practise.

Suits me. I'll get a slap up 5 course dinner.

Apple soup. Trout mousse. Boar goulash. Cheese. Home made ice cream.
Dr D thinks a bottle of red will be enough. One each, more like...
