But, then again . . . . .

Wet Road.

It's some time since I last went out with ALP, and today was not a good day for it; the weather was cold and wet with a strong wind in our faces until we stopped for lunch in Carnwath. We could have used a nice coal fire at the pub, we both suffer from Reynaud's phenomenon (cold fingers turn white and dead) and could have used the warmth; a good meal put that right, just more slowly than we would prefer. The afternoon wasn't quite so bad, a little bit warmer, no rain until after we arrived home and, unfortunately, not so much wind (which was now at our backs).

With only two of us, I don't get to stop much which makes photography difficult; consequently, this was my only shot.
