It is so very hard to watch my parents age. The reality of their health issues has changed the way they live and the way that they think.
I love them and I'm so lucky to have them still in my life.
I wish I could do more to give them back their health.
Aging is life's journey but it is difficult to embrace on so many levels. Learning to navigate all the change is a challenge for all.
