Mossy forest

Typical scene from the forest west of the Cascade mountains; mossy maple trees, cedars and almost impenetrable forest floor. Today was seriously stormy, lots of rain and wind strong enough to bring down some trees. Most of the day we stayed hunkered down in our cozy home.The extras are shots taken from the kitchen window.
