An absolute pleasure

This lady is 105 years young! She is bright, alert and great fun. She had a hip replacement at 102! 

Absolutely humbling to be in her company this afternoon. There was another 10 centenarians. I recognised many of them from the same event last year and this brought a real tear to my eye. 

I'm not known for getting emotional but it was such an absolute honour to meet some of the oldest folk on our planet. 

They really do deserve our respect.
