This is David Hepburn, the film festival's Head of Guest Services. He's responsible for overseeing travel, accommodation, hospitality and every aspect of looking after festival guests and making sure they have a great time. EIFF prides itself on making people feel welcome, and David does a brilliant job. He's also a lovely fella. :-)
