Best ever...

...dessert!

It was Baileys Creme Brûlée but was more like a Baileys flavoured chocolate mousse with the Creme brûlée top. It was the most divine dessert I have ever tasted, seriously! I will be on the hunt for the recipe, that is for sure.
The perfect end to a perfect day with Anthony Semann as our speaker at our organisation retreat. We have two long daycare centres and two after school care centres and we're lucky enough to book Anthony months in advance. He is such an inspirational speaker and today focused on motivating and inspiring individual educators. What a privilege it was to participate :)
