Saturday 30 June 2012: The face of someone whose just been on a really ..

.....good bike ride

We're in Wales, celebrating a friends 40th. Staying in a bunkbarn with about 6 other families all with kids. Us and the Buckners chose to head for Penmachno, a brilliant load of forest trails and some single track. It didn't just rain it poured on us! But Bob did fantastically given the conditions, riding along with Ben and Eve. I had to head back half way round as poor Ali wasn't too happy with the weather conditions in the bike seat. But I'd definitely head back again.

Just managed to catch the end of the tour and now we're going to join the others in the bowling alley. A good day.
