Woke to a beautiful morning after the rain yesterday.  We had to go into town for a few things as we were expecting my cousin and his wife (who I reconnected with whilst in Waiheke Island last month) for a visit this afternoon.  We had such a lovely time, started by sitting outside until the norwester came up and blew the sun umbrella over.  Time to come indoors.

This couple have such an interesting and exciting lifestyle.  They sail the world for 8 - 10 months, this year leaving their boat in Sicily for the northern winter.  They head back there in April to sail the Mediterranean,  then down the western side of Spain, around the Rock of Gibraltar, then to the Canary Islands, across the Atlantic to the Caribbean, next the Galapagos Islands.  From there they make there way across the Pacific back to NZ  This will take them until 1919 they expect.  From time to time they will return to NZ to catch up with family.  She writes a blog as they sail around, so interesting not only for the sailing community.

The Russian Ballet - love, love, loved it.  I'm not a follower of ballet but was totally entranced and mesmerised.

I'm very late loading, just lacked motivation tonight, but as dusk was falling, I grabbed the Lensbaby and went to the wee flax thingi.
