Chicken with Parsnips and Shallots

I ended up spending most of today working. I try to avoid working at the weekend, but there's lots to do at the moment and a couple of projects I want to keep moving. I might even do a bit more tomorrow.

We had this for dinner a few weeks ago but we ate it too quickly to get any photographs. MrsCyclops said she wanted it again so I made it this evening (she helped with the preparation). This time I had the camera ready so that it introduced virtually no delay between serving and eating.
