Wednesday 27 June 2012: Policy Wording
After work I drove home to meet Courtney for some last minute holiday planning. We started with travel insurance...
Many hours later, we managed to finally buy some insurance. It's so expensive now! And they all cover, or don't cover more to the point, different things. I saw on one of them they don't cover hazardous sport. Under the list of hazardous sports was jogging, hiking, "soccer refereeing" and other things even more ridiculous. They also cover up to £1500 in personal belongings, for example, but in the small print it's only £200 per item with a total of £300 paid for "valuables", which is everything, apart from clothes, that you would claim for. Oh, a £150 excess!!
Basically, what's the point?!!!
