Journey Through Time

Last of the June Roses

Of course, there will be July roses, and August roses and....

It's sooo easy to stop by Orchards Park on my way to the mall. So I did. Three of these photos are from that park, but two are our very own roses from our very own garden. The two roses with rain drops are ours: Hot Cocoa on the left and Singing in the Rain on the right. It started to sprinkle and it has been spitting rain at us at various intervals ever since. But I am not at all complaining. It is warmish, humidish, but compared to most of the rest of the US (and probably Canada, too) we are quite comfortable. Sometimes it pays to live in the Pacific Northwest.

So looking forward to Monday when I get to hug my friend from New Jersey....our very own Debbi, Blip Goddess extraordinaire. She had to leave behind Rocket, Mimsy, His Royal Redness, Extreme Seymour and Sylvia and the rest of the gang, but she is bringing her partner in crime, Willy. YAY!

Hope all is well in your rosy world, Blippers. See ya later.
