He's ours!!!!




Only joking, but you did believe me, didn't you? It's just the kind of thing I'm planning on doing I would do!

When Husband and I lived in Buckinghamshire we were invited to Sue and Dave's for dinner with our tiny new baby Molly. We'd only had her for a week; she was in an unfamiliar house and didn't know where the back door was. She poo'd under the dining table.

Living back down south again, this time in Oxfordshire, we see quite a lot of Sue and Dave and we are always expected to have both girls with us now.

Briar has emptied their boot room of every pair of shoes and buried them around their garden; she has chewed up their children's toys and Molly famously stole the steak from their BBQ on our last visit, just before the men folk went to Ukraine.

I'm delighted to report that all of this didn't put them off getting a dog of their own and they have recently became proud parents to the gorgeous Toby.

Sue gets the 'dog thing' now and we can be dog bores together :)

We've had a lovely day and it's confirmed that we really do need to get a little boy as soon as we move. Briar had such a ball and Molly was lovely to him. He's the most laid back little dude ever and after having been entertained by Briar in the huge garden and going for a walk around their gorgeous village he fell asleep in my arms when he was getting his goodbye cuddle. He has that adorable puppy smell!

Only 4 more sleeps until I see him again. The adults and dogs are going to go for a pub lunch whilst the boys are in school. Poor boys ;)

We have a great week ahead, starting with Husband's birthday tomorrow x
