Stockghyll Force

With days of heavy rain the becks and waterfalls in the Lake District were at their best, well as long as you didn't need to get across! This morning was a leisurely stroll around Ambleside. Just out of town is Stockghyll Force and well worth seeing on a day like today.

Lunch with friends in Keswick and then to Fitz Park to see the runners in from the Skiddaw fell race. An impromptu blipmeet of five with four of us caught on camera by the fifth and posted for his blip for today :)
