Translucent

Like a tiny lampshade turned downside-up and glowing translucent from within and without, an elusive blossom emerges in all its glory.  A blossom from one of my barrel cacti--the same plant I blipped a fallen flower from.  The light happened to be hitting this single blossom (there were loads of new buds and faded flower all around it) in a way that illuminated both sides of the flower I could see, as well as the reproductive parts inside.  It even made the pollen on the insides of the flower's petals seem to fluoresce.
