I checked ......

....... the state of the land at Kildean this morning while walking four dogs with a friend.  I am part of a group negotiating with Stirling Council to use the land to develop a new riding centre to replace Bannockburn RDA, which was forced to close last year.  The land is in a loop of the Forth and there is a degree of flood risk, but I was pleased to see that despite the rain of the past week and more it is relatively dry.  The river is up over its banks at one point, but most of the land is fine.
