Sunday 1 July 2012: Oh we're so cool
I mean, clearly, we're not, because it's the most middle class festival there is. They sell souvenir aprons and tea towels ffs.. Yes of COURSE I bought a tea towel. Far more practical than a t-shirt)
But. For 2 festival and campingvirgins with young kids it was a fantastic place to go. We loved it all, they loved it all. It helped that we had lovely lovely friends to hang out with whilst we were there... thank goodness some people are more impetuous than me and managed to get there with some last minute ebay tickets.
The food was great and mostly well priced, the kids entertainment was brilliant and the music was varied and good.
The unpacking and washing is a bit crap though isn't it?
