Monday 2 July 2012: Hopefully Last Visit for a LONG time!!!
Phoned the job centre to close my claim today but was told I still had to attend my appointment! Arrived on time and had to wait over 15 mins - told my consultant that I had a new job, but unfortunately we still had to go through the motions of setting up a job seekers agreement dictating how I would look for work over the coming weeks!!! SERIOUSLY!!!
Oh well - I have new found sympathy for anyone on Job Seekers Allowance who actually wants a job and has all these hoops to jump through!!!
